We use highly advanced Radan software for CAD (Computer Aided Design) to innovate new prototypes and improve on existing designs. In addition, we use Solidworks and highly advanced Radan software to optimize our manufacturing process to high precision and time efficiency.
The 2D and 3D CAD designs are fed to state of the art CNC machines to achieve production output and precision that is impossible to have with manual labor despite the individual worker skill level. This ensures high quality product regardless of output volume and environmental variability.
